The book contains 18 pages of hand-drawn happy slogans, phrases and original artwork that are fun to colour in. The black and white designs are on every other page, so they can be cut out and stuck on a wall to fill a room with positivity - great for sparking conversations about things like body image, lack of confidence and positive thinking.

The inner pages of the A4 colouring book are 100gsm uncoated recycled paper and the cover is a thicker, glossier recycled card. It's printed with eco-friendly toner here in the UK.
