PIN SECOND - Though she be but little, she is fierce

A perfectly imperfect enamel pin 'second' in dark red and gold featuring the words 'Though she be but little, she is fierce' - a quote from A Midsummer Night's Dream by Shakespeare.

The text is in gold on a lovely dark red background and the words are raised up giving it a lovely tactile feel. It comes mounted on a backing card and measures 3.2cm x 2.5cm.

What's a 'second'?

'Seconds' are products that haven't come out 100% perfectly. They're perfectly fine as pieces of art, but they're just not quite perfect enough to sell at full price. 

Why are THESE 'seconds'?

There are a few reasons they might be a second, including:

• A slight scratch on the lettering or enamel
• A slight imperfection in the enamel
• The pin on the back may not be exactly in the middle of the space.

The pin is still perfectly functional though and makes a great addition to a pin collection!
